What's your typical turnaround time for brand deals?
From first message to signed agreement usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on how quickly we align on deliverables. Content is typically delivered 2–4 weeks after that, depending on the scope of the campaign.
Do you offer usage rights or whitelisting?
Yes — paid usage rights and whitelisting/spark ads access are available as add-ons to any campaign. Details and pricing are included in the media kit sent after our first call.
What's the minimum budget you work with?
It varies by deliverable type (single post, reel, story set, or full-funnel campaign), but most partnerships start in the low four figures. Product-only gifting collaborations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Can I send products for consideration without a paid deal?
Absolutely — send details to partnerships@aiva.co. I can't guarantee a post in exchange for product alone, but I'm always open to discovering things I genuinely love.
I'm a smaller brand — will you still respond?
Yes. Some of my favorite collaborations have come from small, independent brands. Send a message with the "Brand Collaboration" option and I'll take a look personally.
